Blancbook's zero-tolerance standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including reporting, enforcement and escalation.

1. Scope and intended audience. Blancbook is an adult social platform intended for users aged 18 and over. Regardless of that age requirement, Blancbook maintains and enforces the child-safety standards set out in this document across every surface of the service: posts, comments, reels and short video, stories, direct messages, group and channel conversations, live streams, marketplace listings, business profiles, events and profile content.
2. Zero tolerance. Blancbook has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following is strictly prohibited and results in immediate enforcement action: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format, including generated, drawn, animated or edited depictions; grooming or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes; sexualization of minors, including sexualized commentary, framing, captions, hashtags or edits applied to otherwise ordinary images of minors; sexual solicitation of or directed at a minor; sextortion involving a minor; trafficking, sale, advertising or other exploitation of minors; solicitation, offering, requesting, trading, linking to or otherwise facilitating access to CSAM; and off-platform coordination of any of the above.
3. Reporting inside the app. Every piece of content and every profile on Blancbook can be reported from the report control available on that item (the report action in the item menu, and the safety reporting flow at /safety/report). Reporters may select a child-safety category and add a description and links. Reports covering child safety are prioritised. Reporting does not require the reporter to be logged in on the public reporting flow, and reporters are never required to reproduce, download or re-upload the material being reported.
4. Moderation and enforcement. Child-safety reports are reviewed by Blancbook's human moderation team. Where a report is substantiated, Blancbook removes the content, and — depending on severity, intent and repetition — restricts, suspends or permanently terminates the account and any related accounts, and may remove associated business profiles, channels, listings and events. Severe cases, including any apparent CSAM or grooming, lead to immediate permanent termination without prior warning. Blancbook does not claim to operate automated CSAM detection, hash matching or classifier-based scanning; enforcement is based on user reports and human review.
5. Preservation and escalation. Where an account is actioned for apparent CSAE or CSAM, Blancbook preserves the relevant account records, content identifiers and access logs to the extent required by applicable law and for the period permitted by that law, so that competent authorities can act. Access to preserved material is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Requests from law-enforcement and other competent authorities are handled through the channel described in the Law-Enforcement Guidelines.
6. Reporting to authorities. Where required by applicable law, Blancbook reports apparent CSAM or CSAE to the competent authorities or to the designated reporting body in the relevant jurisdiction, and cooperates with lawful requests from those authorities. Blancbook does not claim any certification, partnership, membership or pre-established reporting arrangement with any organisation beyond what applicable law requires of it as an operator.
7. Appeals. Users affected by an enforcement decision receive a statement of reasons and may appeal from /safety/appeal, except where notification or appeal is prohibited or restricted by law or would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
8. Child-safety contact. Child-safety concerns, including reports from authorities, guardians and child-protection organisations, can be sent to info@blancas-it.com. This mailbox is monitored by Blancas IT Professional SL, the operator of Blancbook, and child-safety mail is prioritised.

10. Governance. These standards are published by Blancas IT Professional SL and apply worldwide. They are not user-editable. This English version is the public reference version of the document.
