- Controlling text
- The Spanish version is the controlling legal text.
1. Human dignity. Harassment, threats, public shaming and hate speech based on protected characteristics are not tolerated.
2. Violence. Incitement to violence and glorification of real-world violence is prohibited. Documentary violent content may be labelled or restricted.
3. Minors. Any child sexual abuse material is removed, preserved and reported to the competent authorities. Grooming, sexualisation of minors and sexual deepfakes are absolutely prohibited.
4. Non-consensual intimate content. Prohibited and removed on sight; sexual deepfakes are treated with the same seriousness.
5. Doxxing and impersonation. Publishing others' private information or impersonating others is prohibited.
6. Fraud, scams and spam. Prohibited. Technical and human limits apply.
7. Dangerous and illegal goods. Prohibited, including counterfeit goods and intellectual property infringement.
8. Self-harm. Content that promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm is restricted; access to specialised support is prioritised.
9. Coordinated manipulation. Coordinated account networks, account farms and metric manipulation are prohibited.
10. Enforcement. Blancbook applies a proportionate scale — labels and warnings, removal, reach restriction, temporary suspension and termination — with a statement of reasons and a right of appeal.
