1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using Blancbook, you accept these Terms. The version you accept is stored verifiably in the acceptance evidence.

2. Eligibility and age. Only people who meet the minimum age applicable in their country may register. Blancbook applies the age rule of your country of residence, with a conservative default if the country cannot be determined. Users below the minimum age cannot use Blancbook.

3. Account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the safekeeping of your credentials. Account sharing and unauthorised automated accounts are prohibited.

4. Permitted use. Your use of the platform must respect the law, these Terms, our Community Standards and our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. User content. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Blancas IT Professional SL a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and technically adapt your content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Moderation. Blancbook applies the Digital Services Act. We may label, restrict reach, remove content or restrict accounts when there is a legitimate reason; we provide a statement of reasons and an internal appeal, and out-of-court dispute settlement is available where applicable.

7. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious or repeated violations, with due notice where legally required. You may close your account at any time.

8. Service changes. Blancbook evolves over time. Material changes to these Terms are announced with reasonable notice.

9. Liability. Blancas IT Professional SL is liable to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing limits liability where mandatory law prohibits limitation.

10. Consumers. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of your country of residence. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.

12. Versioning. These Terms are versioned; the version number and effective date appear at the top and are stored in the acceptance evidence.
