Blancbook is operated by Blancas IT Professional SL, a company incorporated in Spain (Tax ID / CIF B16398596), with registered office at Calle Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente 14, 03182 Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain, reachable by email at info@blancas-it.com. Canonical domain: https://blancbook.com.

2. Purpose. Blancbook is an international social networking platform. It allows individuals and organisations to create a profile, publish content, interact with others and — where activated — participate in communities, events, marketplace and business features.

3. Applicable legal framework. Blancbook operates in particular under (i) Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE); (ii) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish LO 3/2018 (LOPDGDD); (iii) Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act (DSA); and (iv) other Spanish and European law that applies.

4. Contact. Any official communication with the operator may be sent to info@blancas-it.com. Dedicated channels for DSA notices, rights requests and law-enforcement requests are published in the Legal Centre.

5. Intellectual property. The Blancbook trademark, logo, design system and software belong to Blancas IT Professional SL or its licensors. Use of the platform does not transfer any intellectual property, other than the limited licences required to use the service normally.

6. User content. Users retain ownership of the content they create, subject to the limited operational licence described in the Terms of Service.

7. Liability. Blancas IT Professional SL is liable to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded (including mandatory consumer protection).

8. Updates. This Legal Notice is updated as needed; the effective and last-updated dates are shown at the top of the document.
