1. Single point of contact for users: info@blancas-it.com. Authority contact channel: info@blancas-it.com (dedicated channel after identification).

2. Notice-and-action. Anyone may report allegedly illegal content at /safety/report by providing the URL, the legal category, a description and a good-faith statement. An acknowledgement with a case number is issued.

3. Statement of reasons. When we apply a restriction we notify the affected party with the decision, the reason and the deadline to appeal.

4. Internal appeal and ODR. The affected party can appeal from /safety/appeal. Certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies are available.

5. Transparency. Blancbook publishes aggregate figures where the law requires. We do not claim VLOP status.

6. No dark patterns. Acceptance and rejection flows have parity and no dark patterns.
